GrooveIT! pour Microsoft® Office Outlook® me permet de transférer simplement et efficacement les Emails reçus dans Outlook® vers les espaces Groove®. Cela facilite l’accès aux données communes pour les membres d’un même espace. De plus, les opérations d’envoi sont simplifiées pour celui qui publie dans l’espace Groove®. Plus besoin de résumer le contenu d’un Email ou de faire un copier-coller. Ces transferts se font en seul clic et de façon très intuitive, générant :

– Une réduction du temps consacré à la gestion des courriers entrants ;
– Une capitalisation de l’information stratégique et utile.

Le fait de pouvoir mutualiser très facilement et très rapidement les emails au sein des outils de discussion Groove® représente vraiment un plus. Je n’ai juste qu’à définir l’espace, puis l’outil dans lequel je veux que l’Email soit partagé.

My favorite feature

The GrooveIT! EMAIL EN tool and uploading attachments to the Files tool. This combination allows me to sort the emails by date or sender and post only the attachment(s) I need to the workspace.
