J’en rêvais ils l’ont fait !!! Ma première réaction : Bravo à l’équipe !
Fonctionnement très simple : Un panneau à gauche rapidement intuitif, celui du milieu sans soucis, et le panneau à droite pour publier dès que l’on a sélectionné l’espace source dans son arborescence groove !
C’est l’outil qui rend ‘évident’ la publication de documents dans groove, notamment pour les personnes qui veulent en finir avec le maniement des répertoires du disque dur et des “copier – coller”.
A propos de GrooveIT! WEP (Complément pour Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
NICKEL !!! Un vrai Bonheur, on créé ses diapos, sans sauvegarde sur le disque dur, puis on transfert dans groove avec une publication directe : UN MUST!
BRAVO à l’équipe ! Et bravo à cette application qui d’un point de vue utilisateur, est très bien pensé : On ne laisse plus trainer de documents dans les fichiers locaux après le transfert dans groove. Enfin pour la publication de documents sensibles, c’est vraiment un plus pour les administrations et secrétariats.

I really like Beta 2 with the addin for Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
I find myself using the GrooveIT addin for Powerpoint more and more for accessing content from Groove rather than opening the documents directly from Groove. I only became aware of this usage pattern after I couldn’t find a Groove space (I have over 100) in my workspace list. But I rememberd one word in the title of the space: In the GrooveIT addin, I can filter out the space names! Searching for content in Groove this way gives your product a real edge.
